My Story

It is early autumn morning, the fog starts to lighten up, enabling the mirror-like ocean to reveal itself. Somewhere in the shores of Sweden’s archipelago, Tobias launches his high-tech Australian motorboat, searching for the perfect spot. He carefully studies the 2D Sonar, Sideview, and GPS, together forming an underwater-seeing technology to find hard bottom structure, vegetation, and other points of interest. Hovering an area, known for lack of fish, he suddenly halts to set anchor with the front-mounted electrical engine, grabs the rod, and makes a well-placed cast into the breezy water. Boom! The rod bends and a big northern pike is landed.​

-Adventure and innovative technology go hand in hand for Tobias and new technology always motivates him to explore new challenges. You never know what is hiding beneath the surface, whether it is a product development project, a design problem, or a new fishing spot. To get these ”eyes under the water”, Tobias tries to question accepted truths, face the unknown, and always accept new challenges!

More than a decade of mechanical engineering, project lead and delivery management experience in the automotive industry. I enjoy working with people close to technology. Building and leading teams have been a recurring theme in my career. With a humble effectiveness I approaches assignments with a quality and value-adding mindset. I´m a fast learner that quickly adapts to new challenges and thrives when things at work are “flowing”.
