My Story

Dream big! Paulina is an adventurous soul who loves experiences. Snowboard in the Alps, djembe concert in Netherlands, or ballroom dancing competitions? That’s what she loves! Her curiosity brought her to gain professional experience in 6 countries, discovered new cultures, and meet amazing individuals from around the world. She teaches her kids that the world is for us to explore and the limitations are only in our own heads. To prove that she took her family on a half-year trip around Europe. What is her secret weapon? Optimism, persistence, and passion!

Expertise

My entrepreneurship lessons started early, when at the age of 14 I started up working with the family business. From that point I knew that managing projects is my way. In Valoriim I found passion and extraordinary spirit. Linking people, problem solving, and spreading energy is what I enjoy.​

I have international experience from oil and gas industry, broadband, eye-tracking and e-mobility. From many years in international supply chain management working with project management implementing ERP system solution and managing my own company at the same time and feel good when I have challenge ahead!
