My Story

Spending long, cold, and dark winter nights under a fir tree, eating “food” from a tin can, walking mile after mile with heavy backpacks with wet clothes in rough terrain. Getting dragged out of the sleeping bag in the middle of the night just to make sure that the fighter jets will get back up in the air again – has built Mattias character and feeling for teamwork. Mattias’s career started in the Swedish Airforce, and it was during those years he got the opportunity to push his limits.
 
Mattias’ years in the Armed Forces have given him the ability to perform even when it gets tough. He has also learned from experience that one individual can be strong, but a team of ambitious people can be much stronger together. It’s easier to share the pain when there are hard times and more fun to celebrate with others than by yourself. Mattias will ensure everyone is onboard before take-off because it is together that we will achieve our goals and potential.
