My Story

Maikel likes new experiences, in particular meeting new people. Whether he meets them in Sao Paolo when drinking Caipirinhas, in Arvidsjaur when fixing a car or at the local bar in Stockholm. Maikel have in a natural manner carried along his  interest in experiences and people to Valoriim. By sharing the values of Valoriim, that People are the Company, building new relations comes with more ease when it is a part of the job. ​

Expertise

Starting out as a design engineer I noticed that I was more drawn to the planning and initiating phase of the design work more than the actual design. That changed my career path to project management, with an interest in technology my position as PM in this industry feels more than right. I get to do what I do best, solve problems together with people and creating right conditions for colleagues to succeed.
