Making the decision to settle with his comfort zone and move to the US and the American south without any perception of what awaits showcases Eric’s readiness to seize opportunities and take on new challenges. A pandemic might have ended that adventure prematurely, but this open-mindedness makes its presence known again when Eric now chooses to face new challenges in a Project Manager role in the Electrification.​
