About the case
As technology advances the demand for smaller, smarter and more reliable consumer electronics grows. We work with companies in front of the technology development to make tomorrow’s electronics reality.
As everything becomes smarter, the demand for semiconductors are rising. Our most recent project within the electronic industry has addressed that challenge with a project designing a new product line of semiconductor laser mask writer. A lot of tools in the industry are old and needs to be updated. This project aims to do just that, to offer a class leading replacement for these old tools. The result – A high level product with high demand on the market.

About the result
Project Management
We have been involved in project lead of different product development projects. From planning of development to industrialization and line production, both for single customer machines as well as for the latest new product line. In these cases we’ve worked with industrial standards, documentation and development as well as the standard PM activities required.
PMO Coordination
We’ve help our clients with coordination of the project management office. The results include updated project model updates, easier read and accessible financial data for projects. Also we’ve supported and led the work with creating a requirement specification, procurement and implementation of a new project tool.
