The year was 1998 when Kashira’s parents decided to flee the country to find a better place to raise their four children. The journey to the promised land took two years full of challenges and drawbacks. Once Kashira ended up in an accident where he by mistake ran through a glass door and cut himself badly. Standing in the town outside a store full of people, alone by himself at the age of 8, in a foreign country with an expired visa and blood pouring down his face. The only thing he could think of at that moment was that he had let his family down. The authorities would now send them home, and everything they had to sacrifice up to that point was now in vain.
Kashira considers himself lucky regardless of his difficult start in life. His positive attitude, growing from his childhood, has opened many doors for him. With hard work, he has managed every opportunity, delivered good results, and built strong relationships.
I have several years of experience within the automobile industry and E-Mobility as product developer and project manager. I always make sure that the team reaches the goals no matter what the circumstances are. I’m far from expert in any area but I’m really good in finding the best in everyone in the team and utilize that to reach excellent results.
